Privacy Summary

KnowYourPropFin is developed by Étoile Pisces and is designed so that the developer does not collect, track, sell, or share your personal or financial information.

The financial information you enter into the app is intended to remain on your device and, where iCloud sync is enabled, within your personal iCloud account. The developer does not receive or have access to any of your data, loans, scenarios, reports, backups, passwords, or financial modelling data.

Information You Enter Into The App

You may choose to enter financial, property, loan, income, expense, tax, scenario, remuneration, profile, and other modelling information into KnowYourPropFin.

This information is used by the app to calculate projections, scenario comparisons, dashboards, reports, backups, and exports. It is not transmitted to the developer.

Local Storage And iCloud

KnowYourPropFin stores app data locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, app data may sync through Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure within your private iCloud account.

The developer does not control Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and does not have access to your private iCloud database. Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple’s terms, privacy policy, account settings, and device configuration.

Keychain, Passwords, And Protected Exports

The app may generate or store passwords, keys, or credentials used for encrypted backups, secure archives, and escrow vault workflows. These are stored using Apple Keychain technologies where applicable.

Passwords and keys used for secure export workflows are not transmitted to the developer. You are responsible for safeguarding exported files, passwords, backups, and any files you choose to share outside the app.

Files, Reports, Backups, And Imports

KnowYourPropFin may allow you to create spreadsheet reports, all-data exports, backup files, encrypted archives, and imported data files. These files may contain sensitive financial information.

Once you export, save, move, upload, email, message, or otherwise share a file outside the app, the security and privacy of that file depends on the storage location, recipient, cloud service, device, or communication method you choose.

Device Authentication

For sensitive actions, the app may use Apple device authentication such as Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode verification. The authentication is handled by Apple’s system frameworks. The app does not receive your biometric data.

Required-Reason API Disclosure

The app may use Apple platform APIs for ordinary app functionality such as storing user preferences and working with file metadata or timestamps. These APIs are used to support app operation, file workflows, backups, preferences, and user-controlled exports. They are not used for tracking.

No Tracking Or Advertising

KnowYourPropFin does not use tracking technologies for advertising or cross-app profiling. It does not sell personal information and does not share user financial data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or marketing networks.

Changes To This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and may also be provided within the App, on the App Store listing, or through another official disclosure location.
